The Royal Sonesta New Orleans Hotel

Booked a room with exceptional views, and the staff were accommodating people especially malcolm the doorman. Generally everything was great, nevertheless the bathroom was too small.

Updated room, spotlessly clean and brand-new place, genuinely helpful staff. I liked the room with the balcony, my bed was comfortable. The pool was clean and I had bottled drinks in the pool bar.

Overall a very good stay during my visit. Unbeatable location, attentive staff, beautiful views of bourbon St Room. Brand-new room and amazing communication with the staff.

The hotel was clean and fantastic, loved the exceptionally comfortable beds. The accommodation had a very central location close to everything.

The stay at this fabulous hotel was a terrific one. Lovely location, well-kept rooms, very very good breakfast. And it also had lovely view. Bathroom was luxurious and it had a shower, hairdryers and bath robes for my convenience. I liked that the property was 16 minutes drive from the airport. Smooth check-in and excellent customer service.

I loved my stay at this wonderful hotel. The meal was exceptional and coffee & tea making facilities, a fridge and a refrigerator were provided. This venue was located in a central area. Besides, the area was impressive, next to Louisiana Wildlife Museum. Early check in and unbeatable service. I had a good experience and would love to go back.

Deluxe hotel, excellent restaurant. French (Vieux Carré) district definitely deserves your time and attention. We stayed in a deluxe queen room with a heating system, a private safe and a coffee machine.

Everything we wanted to see, such as jackson square was just a walk down to the venue. The location was next to a wide array of places to eat, such as bars and restaurants.
